Alexander works with senior leaders on their personal development, and international leadership teams to improve team performance, team dynamics and drive culture transformation projects.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and a certified Executive Coach, he gained significant international experience as a senior business leader. He held senior management positions at global Executive Committee level within the Bayer Group, and as a Partner with Accenture Management Consulting. His corporate career includes leadership positions held across Europe and Asia-including years living in India and China. Throughout his career, Alexander worked in more than 40 countries.
His clients span senior executives in leading industry corporations, professional services firms, and the academic sector. In addition to global players and mid-sized companies, Alexander works with founders and C-level executives in the start-up sector at an international level.
