Delel is a seasoned former business and transformation leader with intercultural experience in various industries. She held senior leadership roles in the Middle East and Europe within globally leading companies such as Hewlett Packard, PepsiCo, KPMG and Gartner. As a former Chief Information Officer, Delel led cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, driving big transformation initiatives to support top line and bottom-line growth.
Today, Delel works as a certified Executive and Team Coach. She lives her passion to support leadership development and transformation programmes. She coaches senior executives as well as diverse leadership teams in understanding business needs and contexts, developing their leadership and influential skills, managing end to end strategic initiatives, and creating a high-performance, coaching and mentoring cultures.
In parallel to her coaching, Delel advises C-Level Executives and their leadership teams on digital strategies and transformation programs including having the right operating model, partnerships, culture, and the right technology investments.
